Marilla Pacific specialise in the creation, production and execution of the highest quality productions from children’s entertainment, Brand experiences through to large scale musicals.

  • Our Beginnings

    From the Melbourne based Walt Disney Special Events Offices, Disney's head Event Manager, John Read, branched out and created X-System Entertainment Australia, a Children's theatrical production company that tapped into the South East Asian branded show market. John and his team created live shows and events for numerous brands including; Nickelodeon, Looney Tunes, Sesame Street, Thomas & Friends, Barbie, Care Bears, Strawberry Shortcake. They soon became the leaders in this market because of their cutting edge theatrical productions and their incredible attention to detail.

  • Marilla is Born

    Breaking away from the Singapore based audio & lighting company that shared the company's name and supplied equipment to the live events, John took his creative team and formed Marilla. Marilla created events for Transformers, Looney Tunes, Sesame Street, Care Bears and Thomas & Friends.

  • Marilla Takes to New Heights

    Marilla Pacific created and toured it's first ticketed stage show, Looney Tunes Classroom Capers. They successfully tour this production to Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Singapore.

  • Looking Forward

    Marilla Pacific continues to consult for major brands, produce new live content, build and as always deliver the highest quality events for the family market across the globe.
